libmaven-shared-io-java software package provides Maven API for I/O support, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libmaven-shared-io-java
libmaven-shared-io-java is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libmaven-shared-io-java package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libmaven-shared-io-java *
You will get with libmaven-shared-io-java package name, version, architecture and description in a table
